JT Racking Systems is dedicated to supplying our customers in the Omaha area with the highest quality Cylinder Storage Racks available. Our Cylinder Storage Racks are fully made in America with US Steel and Chain, and are Welded and Powder Coated at our facility in Southern California.

We offer a superior product in comparison to our competitors. We are one of the few that offer mitered full wrap welds by certified welders. All pieces are heavily coated in a high quality powder coat (as opposed to Spray Paint). We make everything in 1/8” or ¼” Hot Rolled P&O Tube Steel. We use the heaviest chain in the market at 5/16” Thickness. Chains are secured with high quality Quick Release 5/16” Carabiners for ease of changing bottles. We include, at no additional cost, the Hilti brand KB-TZ ½” x 7” Anchors necessary to secure the racks in place. Lastly, these are the only Racks available in the market that have been Seismically Engineered, Tested and Approved under the strict guidelines of California’s OSHPD (Office of Statewide Health Planning and Development) and carry its prestigious OPA (OPM Racks are in review process now).
